Dr. Marcel Keller

Dr. Marcel Keller, Attorney at Law, Master of Laws, joined the SwissRapide Management Board in 2008 as the Head of Legal.

 

He obtained his LL.M. from the University of California Hastings College of the Law in San Francisco, California, and also studied economics at the Harvard University, Cambridge, MA, USA. He is registered in the Bar Register of the Canton or Zurich and is admitted to all Swiss Courts.

 

Dr. Keller’s areas of specialty include mergers & acquisitions, corporate and trade law, joint ventures, contract law, employment law, service contract law, inheritance law and estate planning. He also has a special interest in furthering and promoting innovative infrastructure projects worldwide.

 

At SwissRapide AG, Dr. Keller is responsible for advising and consulting in all legal matters, as well as promoting the SwissRapide Ultra-Highspeed Maglev Rail projects around the globe.
